Once I was sitting inside. The Okhla station to catch the Delhi Agra passenger train for Farah. It was delayed for 25 minutes, thus I was waiting there inside the station.i was sitting on a bench. The place was fully packed with people, all were in haste. Beside my bench, there was a dustbin from where a stark mad man was searching for some food. I was looking at him and thought to buy some foods for him.then from a small stall, and brought two packets of biscuits & two packets of cakes for him. When I gave him those food packets, he was extremely happy with me. I also felt very happy.

Then he saluted me and vanished in between the crowd. Meanwhile, a local train just arrived on the platform. Many passengers were coming out and going inside the train. The place turned even more congested than before. People were pushing and jostling themselves uselessly. At the same time, my vision struck on a litter beggar girl, who was asking for money from everyone. But no one was giving her anything. I thought that she was very hungry.

She suddenly caught a man who was just about to leave the station with his two children. She was asking him for money again and again, but he refused to give her a single paise. When she did not stop nagging, he in a rough way drove her away from him and started to abuse her vigorously. He even threw her on the floor and went away with his own daughters. The girl fell on the ground and started to weep. I was shocked by that man's behaviour. In spite of having his own children, how he had extruded another child so badly?

Before I could have done any favour for her, I saw that same stark mad man was standing near the girl and watching the whole drama like me. He came near her and tried to calm her. Then he gave her two packets of biscuit and cake, which I gave him some few minutes aback. After getting those, she turned very happy, thanked him heartily andleft that place. Meanwhile my train arrived and thus I entered in it. Luckily I got a seat near the window and sat over there. I was very overwhelmed by that mad man's gesture towards the little girl. However, he was a mentally unbalanced fellow but he had shown a great work of humanity. If there were a few more people like him in the nation, it could have been much better for our society.
