THE HELPING COW

A cow and a panda are best friends. They played with each other every day. One day the panda was very hungry. He wanted to eat bamboo. So he went to the forest.

 All bamboo trees were so tall. Panda was afraid to climb the trees. So he was sitting in the forest waiting for help.

 After a while, the cow came in. He asked, “Panda, what are you doing here?”

 The panda said, “I am very hungry. I want bamboo. But I am too scared to climb the tree.”

The cow said, “Let me help you. Here, climb this ladder and have bamboo.”. “No, No I can’t climb. It is too high.” said the panda.

 “Don’t be afraid. You have to be brave. I will hold the ladder for you”, said the cow. 

“What if I fall down?” cried the panda. “I will catch you. Trust me”, said his friend.

 The panda started to climb the ladder slowly. He went up and ate all the bamboo. 

 “Thank you very much my dear friend”, said the panda to the cow.
