THE WILD GOAT

Once upon a time there lived a cute wild goat. He loved to eat tomatoes. Daily he had to eat at least one tomato. 

One day he was walking around in the village. He saw a candy shop. 

 

Inside the shop there was a beautiful marshmallow in the shape of tomato. 

 

It was big and bright. 

 

 He went into the shop to eat the marshmallow tomato. 

 

A little girl called Tina saw the cute goat in the candy shop. She liked him very much. So she brought him home to have him as her pet.

 

Tina gave him many tomatoes to eat. She played with him daily. She took care of him every day.

But the goat was always sad. After a few days she asked, “Why are you so sad?”

The goat replied, “I am a wild goat. I miss roaming in the fields. I don’t like to stay in one place. That is why I am sad.”

 

Tina opened her gate and let the goat out. She said, “You are free now. Come to my house anytime and we can play together.”

 

The wild goat jumped with joy.
