The day we found you

Once there was a small family consist of a husband-wife and their two children. A named Diwansh who was around 8-year-old and her elder sister named Ananya who was around 10-year-old. They were from a middle-class family. Their father used to work in a private company called colsella which was one of the top-rated companies and her mother was a school teacher. They're both of the children used to study hard. Diwansh wanted to become a pilot and Ananya wanted to become an astronaut. She was an all-rounder. Both the brother and sister love each other from the heart of the soul. Near their home, there was a big river where they usually go for a picnic. But in the monsoon or rainy season, the river overflows and came on the ground floor of their house. Sometimes, for many weeks, they have to stay in their home and could not go anywhere. But last year, there wasn't an overflow of the river. So, the monsoon was enjoyable. But this year, it looks like the flood could come anytime. No one knows the exact time. So, in the evening both the brother and sister went shopping for some stationary for the next day. But in a minute the whole road was filled with a large amount of water. Diwansh was scared as he doesn't know swimming but Ananya knows how to swim. Diwansh was crying. But immediately a huge wave came and everything and everyone went here and there. Diwansh tightly holds the pillar near the house. But Ananya flow with the waves. After half an hour, their parents found Diwansh but they didn't find Ananya. Everyone was in tension. No one knows what to do. When the water Dries out. They went to the police and filed a Fir. The police tried to find her a lot but they were not able to found her. After one week, all of them were very sad as Ananya was still missing. The Cops had also lost their hope also. After a few days, Rakhi was coming. Diwansh was very sad as his sister was not with her. On the day of Rakhi, they all went to their relatives. Who lives a bit far away from their house? On the way, they went to a roadside restaurant to have lunch. Then they saw their daughter on the other side of the road playing with some slum children who live nearby. They ran toward her and ask what she is doing here. She said I was lost and not able to find the house. The night was about to happen and then she found a sweet lady.

The sweet lady asked, “What you are doing here go to your house. The night is about to come."

She told everything that happened to her.

The lady said, “That you can stay with me for a few days. Till then we will try to find your parents.

So, I stayed with her. We tried to find you but we can't reach you. Then her father hug her and took her to his brother. They both jumped with happiness and cry.

Then she said, “Isn’t it amazing that you found me on the day of Rakhi."

His brother said, “yes, it is."

Then the family thanked the lady and went back.
