The Cursed Twelfth Year

     Ramesh Babu happily bought his only daughter Gayatri a pair of gold bangles. A very beautiful bangle studded with four diamonds, priced - and not at all cheap - fifty lakh rupees, even though he was a working man, it was not easy for him to afford it.

  Gayatri is a very beautiful name! '- Shyambabu said. Actually Gayatri has grown up a lot, she has started looking for a husband for her marriage; So Patrapaksha came from Bilaipur today to see Gayatri.  

   Shyam Babu's son Satyajit Goswami had a big business. Their family was in the list of very famous people of Bilaipur. Ramesh Babu asks Ghatak - ' Satyajit Nesha - Tesha Kareen na To!' Ghatak immediately got up and said - "What is this again - the son of the Goswami family will get drunk!"Ramesh Babu listens to Ghatak and calmly accepts the marriage proposal of his only daughter Gayatri with Satyajit. Meanwhile, Gayatri was not able to speak anything in front of the elders and on the other hand she felt very shy so she got up and left. The marriage date is fixed on the third day of Shukla pokkho in the month of Agrahayana.

  Gayatri lost her mother when she was young. Ramesh Babu was Gayathri's mother as well as father . Gayatri knew nothing about married life as she had no mother.

       The wedding arrangements are starting, so the ornaments are being prepared when the bangles are found. The chest, Godrej, so-cage, cupboard, bed box were all searched - not even a bangle was found. Meanwhile, Ramesh Babu did not know anything about losing the bangle. Chaitra, the maid of the house, went to Ramesh Babu and told him that bangles are not available.Then Ramesh Babu - he searched a lot but could not find the bangle. Suddenly he looked at the photo of his dead wife - the bangle

 was placed under the photo. who kept Why is it kept? He was no longer found.

   Meanwhile, without seeing it, the wedding day came. Many people came to the wedding, there was a lot of laughter and fun, but Gayatri looked very sad. Everyone thought that Gayatri's sadness was normal - because she would leave her home and go to her in-laws' house today, but the reason for Gayatri's sadness was something else.

However, the marriage ended after the donation of sindoor. Everyone went to their homes. Gayatri and her husband went to her father-in-law's house. But Gayatri was accompanied by another man from

 this marriage hall, whom she had lost many years ago.

      As, Gayatri did not know much about cooking, she was subjected to many insults. But after a few days it was getting better, she 

used to cook the same dishes but they tasted a little different which suddenly increased her admiration.

   Satyajit said, "What is it ! Have you got magic in your hands for a few days? If you cook such a delicious concoction that -”

   Gayatri smiles sweetly. But actually he also did not know how the level of flavor of the benjon he made was increasing.

    Satyajit never asked Gayatri about her mother but suddenly one day he asked - "How did your mother die". Gayatri tells the truth - "When I was twelve years old, my mother suddenly fell very ill and died after a few months."

     Years passed and their daughter was born as the light of Gayatri and Satyajit's world. Named Tarini .

After twelve years…

      Now Tarini is only twelve years old. He was playing in the yard when suddenly he saw an old woman - with a stick on her hand, hair white, white saree and vermilion streaks on her forehead, her face looked a bit like her mother's. Tarini sees the woman entering her mother's room. As soon as the woman entered the room, a strange sound came to Tarini's ears. Tarini immediately went to her mother's room and found her mother lying unconscious on the floor, and the old lady was not there. Then Gayatri screamed, all the family came running and later Gayatri was taken to the doctor but unfortunately Gayatri never recovered.

    Six months have passed and Gayatri is still not recovering. One 

day at twelve o'clock in the night there was a noise coming from Gayatri's room. Gayatri breathed her last at the Bilaipur Hospital before everything went there. Satyajit, Tarini sat near the dead body and started crying. Suddenly Tarini saw the old woman again. He runs to the old woman. As soon as the girl approached the woman, the woman began to disappear and a voice rang out —

  "I will come again! After twelve years, I will come again......".
