THE BUTTERFLY

Once, there lived a small girl called Revu with her parents. Her mother was a bedridden lady, and her father was a businessman who was always away for business purposes. Revu was very bonded with her mother; she shared every incident at school with her. One day her mother's condition became worse, and it ended with her death. Revu was devastated by this news about her mother; she was unable to come out of the shock. She couldn't share her feelings with anyone, not even her father. One week after her mother's death, her father went on business. She went to school after two, but she couldn't concentrate on her studies. Her teacher became upset by this. Her math teacher, Revu, was a brilliant student in math; she had a special ability to solve questions, but now she is failing in every exam conducted". Her teacher's decided to speak with his father.

The discussion ended with a decision to remarry so that she gets a new mother to care for her and help her at home and in school. He married a lady who had a son in the previous marriage. In the initial days, she treated Revu very well, more than her own son, but in the proceeding days, she became worse. She made Revu wash everyone's clothes, wash utensils, and even work for her son. Revu, on the other hand, loved the new mom and believed that it was her duty to obey her. Her teacher's was still not satisfied by her result; then her class teacher decided to meet her parents by going home. The sight of Revu doing the household chores was shocking for her. Her teacher, discussing with other teachers, decided to make her accommodate at school itself. After talking with her parents, they made the necessary arrangements. From then on, Revu started enjoying her life with her teachers and friends.
