The Bad Face Of Life

        There used to be a girl, who always used to be sad. She was eleven years old. While all the children of her age would play different sports and enjoy, this girl would always be at one corner of the playground, sitting on the swing. She was suffering from cancer and was sad as she felt very unfortunate and bound.

           There was another girl who always used to stay lively and play all the time. One day she saw that all her friends were playing but there was one girl away from everyone sitting on the swing.

    

          One day this girl went to the sad girl and said, "why are you always sitting here and being sad? Why don’t you come to play with others and try to enjoy?" The girl sitting on the swing replied that she is eleven, but she suffered from cancer, and she feared death. She does not have hair, at such a young age, she cannot be happy even if she wants to be. She said that the other girl has no idea what she is going through and asks her to go away. The other lively girl said problems in life come and go but we shall always remain happy.

         After three or four days, the girl suffering from cancer thinks about the other girl's advice and she starts playing with her and her friends. While playing with them she used to feel some restrictions but she also enjoyed and used to forget her worries. They both now became good friends.

         Suddenly the lively girl stopped coming to play. A month passed, so the girl suffering from cancer asked a girl where she was. The other girl replied that she had cancer and she had died a day ago. At that moment the girl suffering from cancer felt really bad. She realized that she was happy even though she had cancer, now she will also try to be happy.
