Team Work

Saran is sitting in his hostel room watching IPL match and his mind thinking about something else.

Well, what everyone needs is to take the easiest way in completing their work or try to get that one team member do every work and these people remain calm and composed.

Saran is facing one such issue, he wasted much time in watching IPLand started blaming his teammates who are not ready to do the work unless he explicitly asks them.

Saran has done most of the works in the previous two assignments for the team and feels it is time for him to feel free and others do the entire work.

Saran starts to tell every such incident in a way that he appears as the sole responsible person while others just milk him during the situations and does not give a damn to him during other times.

His friend, JP listening to all the narration till then congratulated him for being the only one able to do things.

Saran gets quiet and JP asks him does he watch cricket or play cricket, Saran immediately replays yes.

JP tells that saran just need to play his role well while helping others when needed, you can bat and help others in batting, but you cannot bat for all eleven players, bowl for all and do captaincy like in a mobile game, you can do for one game with calm and composed mind and when you repeat this by playing another complete game your mind gets stressed.

Team management is one such thing and it is your responsibility to find the strengths and weaknesses of each person and assign correct works to them, team work is working and learning together and not one-man stunt which can save the team sometimes.

Saran thanks JP and speaks to him further about IPL for some more time and about their college life and Saran gathers his team and starts the team activity.
