Take a Step to cover Miles….
Take a Step to cover Miles….
Shiwangni was occupied listening to the endless tales of Raghu, a young boy from the hills as he guides her in succeeding with her tracking, towards the old temple that she had planned to visit.
Raghu, indeed turned out to be a saviour for Shiwangni, when she had lost her route, amidst the bounty of Himalayas.
Her thinking hat was forcing her to imagine the situation, wherein what could have happened if she was not to find this young lad from the Hills.
"You should always follow the route of the river", it gets you out of problems, were his innocent words leaving her with a relaxed smile on her face.
He was guiding her with the safest path possible, sharing different tales of the place, making her trip not only safe but entertaining too.
Constant track on the hills, got them exhausted. So, to help her quench her thirst, Raghu guided her towards the burbling river which was rippling in the middle of the magnificent mountains.
Sound of the rustling leaves caught her attention as she was mesmerized to find herself amidst a place that was no less than of picturesque.
So, Here you find them all! So different from each other yet all living and resting at the same place, together….
Ragu's simple remarks over such an enigmatic view left her to ponder with her mixed thoughts that were flooding in her mind.
Why can't we have such a charismatic view in our world, she asked as she wondered!
And, turned to look at him. Raghu was speechless. Perhaps, he could not scale the depth of the words he had just spoken. Or, Perhaps, he was fortunate that he was living his life at a place which was at a distance, from the problems that the world dwells with today.
But, those innocently spoken, simple mere words were powerful enough to fathom the fact of human race.
All these landforms that we find and admire on our planet are uniquely different in their respective origin, bearing different characteristics and yet, let each other hold each other's uniqueness as if there is a silent Pact amongst them to give dignity, to each other's individual's existence.
Shiwangni had always been learning from trees to books, from stones to pictures and from humans to all her life experiences.
And today; the speechless charismatic view leaves her with the lesson of her life as she was resting next to the perpetual level that made its journey from mountain to forest and further reaching to plains or plateaus, as if, it was telling her to admire the tolerance and gratitude they all show for each other without being roped in any Pact of maintaining peace or order or harmony in their world, that is known to us as NATURE.
She got up and walked ahead on her journey to the temple that she was to visit. Raghu still remained there to guide her in her way. As she was still to cover miles before reaching her destination. She learns that we all also need to cover miles before we reach a place that holds space only for brotherhood, adoration, peace and harmony, for all.
And is voided; from the problems that are nested in our lives today!
She promised herself, to take that first step ahead, every time to cover those miles and reaching a place that would be no less than a temple or a place which would be as pious and reverent as any place of worship.
And ; she steps ahead….
