Rami's Last Day

Today is Rami`s last day in office. She is busy packing and clearing her desk. We will now go for lunch to Lunch@naturals, Rami`s favorite restaurant. I am remembering my earlier days in office when I joined the team three years ago. Out of our team of seven including our boss, Rami and I became good friends in no time. She helped me a lot during my earlier days in the office.

Though I have past experience from other companies it was a different style of working here and She is associated with the organization for a decade had been guiding me and helping me get acquainted.

Indeed, she was helpful to all and friendly with all her colleagues. Though she is three to four years younger to me, I had enormous respect for her helpful nature and friendly attitude, moreover her love for work. And now she is leaving the office as she finds all her colleagues take advantage of her friendly nature and she had to work more because of their incomplete assignments.

How did this all happen, it is all because of me. I used to praise her, appreciate her work. I used to say, though it is not her job she is helping others. Later she started feeling why I should do the work and let others enjoy. This frustration and irritation lead to applying for another job and quit our office. Today I am not sure if I made a mess?
