Raj & Niza's ♡ Story-Chapter 2

Love is all about feeling more special in someone's presence. Her cute smile while looking at me in a crowd of people, can also make me feel special and boost me with positivity.

But that day when I had a few office work, just before my lunch time I got an email from her. When I opened the mail, I was speechless reading her transfer to our other branch office. I felt so alone all of a sudden, I started looking for her. I searched her everywhere in her cabin, in canteen but couldn't find her. Then I stopped outside our main building & closed my eyes, after few minutes when I opened my eyes & looked around me then I suddenly saw her coming out from a meeting room of the adjacent building with another girl. When She saw me, she came to me & smiled at me, I also smiled but we both could feel the problem. We both sat and spoke for more than an hour. We discussed many things about our journey so far. But she could easily notice that I was struggling hiding my tears. She said one nice thing that day which I clearly remember till today- ' Physical distance never ends any bond... it's we, the people who are responsible for maintaining or ending of any bond'. But I know that I would miss her more as I wouldn't be able to find those eyes where I could look for endless time. We decided to go together while returning back home as we share the same path & her home comes first. Earlier also we shared the same auto rickshaw but then we didn't know each other that much. So many things to say to her but we had less time. After saying goodbye, my tears rolled down my face, I wiped them quickly & headed straight back to home. I took cold water shower where I cried a lot asking God why this in my destiny. But soon I received message from her on WhatsApp. We had great chat that night which made my mood lighter & filled me with joy. I was like, make yourself accustomed with these texts atleast she is with you.

Next few days we asked each other about casual things how's her office, how am I doning back there but nothing could make me that happy. I was missing her like never before. The same rooms where we sat together, where we spend so much time all were reminding me of her.

Almost after two weeks, one day, after finishing my work, I packed my back, bought chocolates & boarded the bus for her office, I planned to give her a surprise. Without knowing much about her cabin or exactly in which floor I could find her, I left for her office. Soon I reached there. Being part of the same organization, I just put my id card on & prayed once to God then walked confidently inside the building. And as expected the guards didn't check as I walked inside confidently. But now the biggest task still remained to find her. I looked for her in every possible place without getting beaten by any security. I roamed around the building for atleast half an hour and at one point of time I was this close to be caught red handed but I ran from there very quick. Then I decided to wait at one place & closed my eyes and when I opened my eyes, she was there coming out of a meeting room. She saw me & with a big smile & shining eyes she came towards me. I was again able to find her. My heart was full of joy. After so many days, I could see her, it seemed to me like no other person came out of the room, it's just her what my eyes could see. If others were not there, I would have hugged her & express how much I missed her. My hand was also raised but knowing about the surroundings, I only shook hands. But her that smiling face, I still don't remember very clearly. We then walked together to her cabin, met her colleagues. We sat for atleast one hour, had great conversation with her. But suddenly I noticed one of senior who often visits both offices was coming towards us. I was so frightened that I immediately turned around. When he left, I breathe sigh of relief. She had a meeting to attend so we had to wrap up quickly, we said goodbye to each other and promised to catch up again soon. I left her office and went back to my home with joy but this time I boarded metro, it was an easier route. After reaching home, soon I received a call from her for the first time she said it was completely an unexpected surprise for her & asked me whether I have reached home safely. I told her that this was the first time I have trespassed some other campus to meet someone. She laughed again & for first-time I was feeling her voice so close to me as if I could feel her voice right through my ears to my heart. We both had experienced another great time together.

Days went by, soon I planned to meet her again but this time in a cake shop near her house. Meanwhile she was very busy those days, she was getting more work than ever before. But this time I waited for her more than two hours. Almost 5 pm to 7 pm but she didn't show up. I was very upset and felt very bad. I left that place after 7. Then Afterwards I got her text where she said Sorry for not showing up there. But I didn't reply to any of her text. She then tried to call & explain things out. After repeated calls from her I finally picked her call and she explained how much busy she was in her office work that she was already late for home, and it was impossible for her to again go out after being so late. I told her that it felt very bad waiting there alone for that long time. She said sorry multiple times & asked me to forgive her this time & promised it won't happen again. She made me smile in her own way. We both laughed that night, shared ideas what we would do in our next meeting.

But none of us had any idea what future holds for us. The world is yet to witness the most vicious virus outspread in recent decades. The CORONA pandemic was ready to knock all our lives.
