"I hope I've done the right mom!", Nandini asked her mother as she was still in a dilemma whether her choosing chartered accountancy as a profession was right or not.

Nandini had been a bright child since childhood in every other subject except Maths. Like other girls of her class, she too didn't like maths. If she had an option to jump in a 6 feet deep pool and attempt maths paper on the other side, she would definitely choose to jump in the pool. This was how much she feared maths. But today she had filled up the CA registration form. She had chosen a profession that was completely based on Maths and Numbers! It was a challenging decision for her.

"It's ok you don't worry, you give your best, rest leave on god!" her mom consoled her.

Soon Nandini started preparing for her exam.

Since she had the biggest fear of Maths, it was this subject that bought her confidence down.

On the day before the exam, she was fully prepared with all her subjects but not maths!

''Mom I can't do this! It is very difficult! Please help me, Mom, please!", she cried inconsolably!

"Nandini you can, just try and give your best!", her mom said and hugged her.

Few minutes later, Nandini stopped crying.

"I shall do it. I can do it. I will do it." , Nandini said and motivated herself.

Next morning she appeared for the exam. She had spent the previous night studying only and only maths. She was quite confident with it.

She started writing the exam. To some extent, she could attempt the paper well. She was satisfied with her performance.

Three months later, results were out.

She was nervous checking it as the only subject that could fail her was Maths. However, she gathered some courage, opened the website and entered her details.

"PASS", the mark sheet showed. It screamed to the top of her voice that day! "MOM! I CLEARED MY EXAM". She and her family was happiest that day. Nandini had finally come over her fear of Maths, and scaled height. That day she proved that it's one's dedication that can help them come over their every fear.
