My First Deepavali

My father was a Hindu and mother was a Christian. My grand mother, uncle and aunts celebrate Deepavali with great enthusiasm in a small village situated in south Tamil Nadu. My grannies village was around sixty miles from my home town where I was living with my parents. Normally I travel and spend a few days at her place to celebrate the festival. My journey, celebration and the landscape is brought out in a very nice way.
