The World is filled with competitions, where people run to catch their positions in life unaware of cute little emotions called "love". Here, Vijay is the most successful business tycoon, who has everything in his life except love and caring. He lost his mother and father in an accident a year before. Now he has no one in his life to share his feelings and emotions. On another side, Kavya, one of the lead psychologists believes that love is everything in life. One day, Kavya met with an accident, and Vijay who come across that spot helped her to get hospitalized and saved her life, where they both become good friends. After a long time, Vijay felt that someone had come into his life to share his pains and thoughts. Vijay had a cute little friend named Shaheer who was considered to be dumb. Shaheer lost his single mother in the same accident where Vijay lost his parents. From there, Vijay took responsibility for Shaheer, who got emotionally stuck in his life. After Doctor's Diagnosis, Vijay came to know that Shaheer was not dumb but He was mentally affected by his mother's demise. And He tries his best to bring a smile back on Shaheer's face. One Vijay called Kavya to introduce Shaheer to her surprisingly where Kavya planned to propose to him. Vijay was waiting in front of her clinic to show Shaheer to her. When Kavya was about to meet Vijay and Propose to him, Shaheer spoke his first word as "papa" (Father) pointing to Vijay. Unaware of Shaheer and Vijay's bond she was broken and left the place without having a word with Vijay. And Vijay came to know kavya's feelings towards him from her friend and tries to convince her. But before that, He met with an accident and there a major shock waits for him. In that accident, his brain got severe injury where he faces a leakage in the brain that leads to death. The doctors told them that he started to count his days. So, instead of revealing his truth to Kavya, he remains quiet as he doesn't want Kavya to feel for him. He started to go far from her. However, after knowing the truth about Shaheer and Vijay's identity, she came back to Vijay with the same love. She confronts Vijay for hiding the truth and refusing her love for him. During the heated argument, Vijay falls unconscious and Kavya admits him to a hospital and gets to know about Vijay's health condition. She breaks down and started to crying aloud. And Kavya promises Vijay that she will take care of Shaheer. During their conversation, the Doctor arrives and says that there is a way to save Vijay, where there is a 50 percent chance of survival but also the surgery may lead to his death too. Though Kavya refuses at first, both agree to an operation. And the day came where Vijay unaware of his future bid bye to Kavya, Shaheer before going to his surgery and reveals that after Shaheer addressing him as his dad, he adopted some children and he requests Kavya to take responsibility for them. When Vijay goes inside the operation theatre for his surgery, outside Kavya, Shaheer and other children waiting for his return. At last, while waiting outside the operation theatre, Kavya understood what love is from Vijay and admires him by seeing the eyes of the kids he adopted who are praying for his recovery.
