Is This The Ending She Finds?

Raya reached home panting because she didn't want Mr. and Mrs. Denis to get even a slight hint of her escape from home. "I say to you - she's definitely up to something! Do you know where that birth certificate is?" yelled Mr. Denis. "I- I-we have to do something, honey! She can't know anything about it." "Go to her room and search for it, right now!" The Denis couple dropped a bombshell on Raya when they mentioned that birth certificate. Raya was sweating from the fear of her parents noticing her DNA test documents that she kept along with the certificate. She knew that if Mr. and Mrs. Denis found out about that, she'll never be able to see the truth behind her parent's disappearance.

She knew she had to do something to prevent them. In that moment of urgency, she went vacuous. She abruptly began thinking of her favorite song and the arithmetic formula she wasn't able to memorize. "Oh, come on! Not now!" she said, shoving away every trivial and meaningless thought out of her way like snow. She contacted Ken from the local telephone booth near her house. "I need a quick fix forthwith, Ken!" "What? Wait a minute - you need a quick fix!?... Don't you have that in your house?" Ken said jokingly. "Ma-Pa might get their hands on my DNA report! DAMN IT!" she retorted. Ken was shaken up.

Ken called Maya and told her to visit Raya as soon as possible. "Why? Why do you- now!!?" "I have no time to explain things to you right now and if you really care about her, just go!" he proclaimed. Maya ran out of her house as quickly as a flash. She knew something was odd, and she definitely didn't want Raya to get hurt. But what was it that Maya knew and was scared of Raya learning about it?

Both Maya and Raya entered the house when Mr. and Mrs. Denis were having a heated debate. Fortunately, Mrs. Denis hadn't gone upstairs! "Umm...Hi Maa-P-!" said Raya, quivering. Maya held her hand tightly as if she was more terrified of Raya getting wounded than her parent's intimidating look. Raya stared at her for a second. Maya said with a forced smile, "Hello! Mr. and Mrs. Denis. I hope we aren't back at the wrong instant." "Not at all!" dreadingly Mrs. Denis said.

All of them sat across each other. A mysterious air engulfed the whole Denis house. The eyes of Denis couple were full of terror and fear, while Raya had eyes similar to that of an accused. Maya stayed for dinner, and when she was walking towards the main gates with Raya, she told her- "Be safe! Be hale! I-I really don't want to lose anybody else now." Raya was perplexed at her statement. "What do you-" "Hey!"Ken came sprinting. "I was worried about you!" "Yes! Why in the world were you calling me and telling me to do this and that for HER?" Maya effused. "I-I-she called me!" Maya turned her head like a wire and asked Raya with dazed eyes, "Did you?" Raya told her that she couldn't think of anyone in that crucial second, so she called him. "It sounds like you're putting on!" Maya said, mocking her. Ken smiled. "Anyways, you take care of yourself!" Maya said. Both Maya and Ken went back home together while Raya waited at the gate until she couldn't see them anymore. 

Everything seemed fine until... Raya heard a cacophonous scream! Mr. and Mrs. Denis thought Raya went to drop Maya off and would be gone for a while, so they sought Raya's room for the certificate. Raya hastened towards the house door. "We didn't, honey!" "Do you think we can hide this any further!?" "No-no-n-no!" Mrs. Denis said, wailing. Raya was witnessing all this from the peephole and was shedding tears unknowingly. In half a second, she heard words which were a thunderclap to her -"WE KILLED THEM!"
