Hospital Love

Attendant I was and on the other hand, she was the patient in the opposite room, the silence was all over the place, praying for the light of happiness in my life just when a door opened and I had a glimpse of her smiling, awestruck I stood there as if she was the missing piece. I couldn't sleep that day, got some flowers and stood outside her room waiting for someone to open the door, half an hour later I gathered some courage and tried opening the door, the door was locked. I rushed towards the nurse booth and asked about the girl, they moved her into the ICU because of some complications, my heart shattered but had a hope that she might recover. Left some flowers, recovery letters, some old school music, and novel suggestions for her while she was being treated. Thirteen sleepless nights and there she was standing outside my room with all those notes and flowers, she grabbed my hand and rushed towards the terrace, on a white carpet we sat, she played the song that I suggested her, she looked at me and politely said thank you. And we continued vibing and stargazing together.
