Promod used to stay in the interior of Haryana with his small family. His family comprises with his wife and a son aged 4 years. Promod spent his childhood in Delhi. He completed his studies from a well known convent school in Delhi. But he had to come back and settle permanently to Bhivani after his father's death. Promod started a small business there to run the expense of his family.

While parroted back his extravagant lifestyle in Delhi, sometimes he felt difficulty to adjust in the new place. But still he soon made himself comfortable with his destiny. In this circumstance he might had forgot his every retention but for Satish he couldn't. Satish used to be his best friend since his school times. Not a single day of school had pased without Satish. Satish used to be very meritorious. In the school days nobody could separate this two kinsman from each other.

In present days an abatement had fallen in their friendship. Promod had ample of time to call Satish and speaks to him. But Satish could hardly get time to do so. Promod consoled himself by saying that his friend must be busy in conducting his noble profession. People from every where comes to him for appreciating his fine treatment. He must be busy in serving the people in hospital. He is our pride.

Promod's wife Suman often told him to not waste his time by sitting beside the phone and waiting for his dearest friends to rang up. But Promod always use to disregard with his wife's suggestion.

One day a unhealling pain troubled Promod's one and only son Nikhil. He was taken to the local hospital. But the doctors of the local hospital could not heal his pain. He suggested to take him to the town for further treatment....

Promod quickly rang up Satish but after ringing for several times his assistant pic up the phone. Promod told him to forward his call to Satish, but he denied to do it. As for this reason a quarrelsome situation arise between him and Satish's assistant.

Sumon stop Promod from worsen the situation and suggest to do accordingly. Promod quickly hired an ambulance and started for Gurgaon. Nikhil 's health were getting deteriorated in every seconds. He was screaming in pain. As soon as the ambulance reached the hospital premises. Promod jumped down the car and visit straight to reception and ordered them to call Satish. But they repeatedly told him that Dr Santish in busy in the surgery room so they can't call him now. They can take their patient to emergency room where the junior consultant can examine the patient and act accordingly. But Promod became obsessive and he every time focusing in calling Satish. Even he pleaded to call his friend once... But the receptionist were stubborn to maintain the rules and regulations of the hospital.

A few moment later Sumon came to the reception and signed in the agreement form that she is agreed to take his son first to the emergency room.

Nikhil's body became pale. He was not able speak a word. He was drew to E.R. by a Stretcher. Sumon and Promond remain spell bound, Both in shock and despondency. After a moment a junior staff came out from E.R and the last word that he spoke to the couple- "I am Sorry".....
