Day 13.. Omkar
Day 13.. Omkar
Day 12
Dear Dairy,
Today I would like to share information about omkar. After all asanas and Pranayam one should do atleast 11 omkar. Omkar means to chant om. For chanting om, one should sit in any dhyanatmak asana like padmasana, vajrasana, ardhpadmasan. Your spine should be straight. Om is the combination of अ, ऊ, म... अ should be recited for 2 minutes. While pronouncing om अ should be pronounced for 2 seconds and its vibrations should we feel from naval. ऊ should be pronounced for 3 seconds and its vibrations should be experienced through throat and म should be pronounced for 5 seconds and its vibrations should we feel in our brain. It means time required to pronounce one om is 8 seconds. We can chant omkar for 20 minutes also. It has too many benefits it is used to overcome depression and anxiety.
To increase positivity etc.
From 25th march lockdown started, on 5th April 12 days completed. And prime minister announced to light lamp at 9pm for 9 minutes. We did so and that also symbolises unity in lockdown and experienced positivity..
