Once Sai Baba was eating at lunch time with three of his devotees in the Dwarkamai. Sai baba exclaimed 'stop' without any provocation!
No one understood as to whom did Baba say to stop!
Thus, bewildered the three devotees continued to partake their food along with Sai baba.
After finishing their meal, the utensils were washed and then everyone stepped out of Dwarkamai.
Just then large chunks of the ceiling fell on the very spot where they had been seated only a few minutes earlier!
Now the devotees understood the importance of the word 'stop' and to whom did Sai baba say it!
This proved that Sai Baba’s powers extended even to inanimate matter!
Instances have been quoted by his devotees as to how Sai Baba commanded the rains to stop and the fire to subside, etc. Sai baba had control over the elements and protected devotees from harm!
