Only because of you I will be able to live an amazing journey. When will I have my little angel in my hand... This thought itself is giving me goosebumps my sweetheart. 

Bela did not seem to be happy. Her face was shattered and she seemed to be in some deep thought. 

Sweetheart, are you not happy? You don’t want this child... I thought you must be excited like me but hereafter sharing this news with me you are...

I am afraid Nirav. Feeling that if by all means, we will have baby girl then? 

Bela it’s good for both of us. We want a baby girl only. Do you remember when we went to Singapore for honeymoon at that time you brought so many soft toys and other stuff that all related to baby girl only. Even girls are always a support to the parents in all ups and down. They are the sweetest gift from God to mankind. 

I want my daughter to grow and go into engineering or defence. Want her to brave like Kiran Bedi. When our nation is moving towards “Beti Bachao...Beti Padhao” Moment across the nation at that time we also need to step ahead towards that only. We have to be positive about girls development and growth. And you were also in that favour. Right? Now suddenly what happened. 

Ya ya, I do remember everything. I also want a baby girl. But scared about her life. Nowadays it’s very unpredictable and unsafe for girls in our country. After birth if she has to face Rape or other harassment than its better not to come in this world. A few days back, 8 month old girl has been raped by such deprived minded people. Can you imagine how that little angle’s soul felt? 

This is unfortunate but true reality of our society. If my girl also has to face this situation in future then it’s better not to give birth and allow her to face this cruel world. Earlier as a woman, we were facing issue of gender inequality only but now one step ahead of this also. It’s shameful for our so called well mannered society. So because of this I felt not to give birth if baby girl is there. I feel like she is telling me not to do injustice by giving her birth and make her life unsafe in this brutal world. 

Nirav was shocked by knowing her thoughts. She was right from her point of view. He held her hand and said, Bela I can understand your feelings. Hope in future one can understand this issue and work upon it. I am with you in your decision.
