My favorite food to devour will always only be the first dish I learned to make. Dosa. A tough and genuine competitor for food that can be made within 2 minutes.

Pouring the batter on the hot pan in a perfect circle was the first successful accomplishment of my childhood. It still reminds us of an easy nostalgia back to the best days of my life.

Dosa not only completes and complements its side, but it also is complete in itself as the sole winner of morning breakfast in a thousand households.
