Diwali

Diwali is one festival that still holds together all values that India is held together with. Secularism is at peak and kindness oozes out without even trying. Sharing sweets, love, warmth, and blessings. When you go in the street even strangers wish you ‘Happy Diwali’ bringing a smile on your face. When you beam after firing a beautiful rocket, a neighbor who doesn’t even know your name pats your back. Kindness is shared. The overwhelming feeling never washes over no matter how many years Diwali you celebrate.
