Childhood Of Stories

The stories I was told when I was a child built the person who I am today. I was not merely told stories of damsels in distress saving the day with their prince charming, not that I would say there is anything wrong with those stories. I grew up hearing stories of strong morals, unshakable ideologies, inherent power, knowledge as wealth, spirit to fight for what they believed and to see good in everything.

Would I have been a different person, if the stories I grew up were different?

Would I want to have grown up with different stories?

The stories I was told when I was a child built the person who I am today. And I have only my favorite person in the world to thank for it.
