Young you

As I age there is a question

Asked by self am not

Young anymore yes I am aging

Having problems with hearing, walking

And even memory is affected

What will happen if one day I am

Left alone by my children these

Thoughts would make me move

In my shell sitting in a closed room

Would often think about this

But one day from the window

Saw a lady playing with children

Being of the same age she was having

Fun looking young and energetic

I need to awaken my young self and

Move and enjoy the second innings

Of life why live in fear and shed

Tears rather than being young at heart

Forever.
