Words Unsaid

Just to think of you and smile,

For none and every reason,

Holding you with a dream of forever,

Days, nights and every season.

Spending nights, sharing dreams,

And loving you more with every sunrise,

Walking with you all day talking of love,

Knowing it's unreal and so unwise.

Sharing my success, my world with you,

Facing failures with you beside,

Living with all the love we share,

And fighting the fallacies that within us bide.

These be the words I failed to convey,

For spoken words I have seen fall dead,

I could write forever of my love,

And still there would be emotions left unsaid.

Sometimes I just choose not to write,

Giving myself tears for another night,

But see me fail again and again,

All my efforts to repel your thoughts,

Lost so easily, lost in vain.
