#Women Leads

When women lead, 

It's a totally different feel, 

When women at the top deal, 

We hope the world to be a better place, 

We expect them to use their heart, not just their head, 

But somehow, down the lane, 

They too caught up with the syndrome, 

Rather, they come up with their own, 

And forget the times they were down, 

Among all my many bosses, 

The women bosses have been the most pathetic, 

Things could have been better with a little compassion, 

Whereas the men always had a soft corner, 

For all the female colleagues, 

From this, I learnt a great lesson, 

It's not a matter of being a man or woman, 

What matters is how are you as a human? 

A man may harass you for only one thing, 

But an unworthy woman at the top,

can make life hell for you, 

So I've decided that in future, 

If ever I come into power, 

Very soon I will come I'm sure, 

Will try to be a bit more humane and not a superwoman.
