Women- A Different Shade
Women- A Different Shade
Like a shining sun sometimes
Like ominous clouds sometimes
Rain sometimes with a question
If the answer is a yes, some enjoy yet some ponder
If no, they melt away with others to do something else
As if flood is coming
Sometimes somewhere
Life gives you back what you call as reality
They spill into an empty sky
When nothing is found to cling upon
As if, they have started sprouting the seeds of fear
And butterflies have forgotten how to soar
Yet some glimpse of those patches of clouds
And green beds of grass
As if they started budding the leaves of fear
And they lack courage in their wings to flutter
They are women, who lost voice in the midst of crowd
And adjusted with the moving world to live and support
Human race with glitter and glamour.
