Where We Met?

Our love story

Is quite different. 

We first met at the library.

She searched for the romantic works of poets.

But my taste didn't sink with hers.

I kept reading books, read her too!

The way she tucks her hair stopping down

And the way she adjusts her specs 

Made me read her face inch by inch. 

Her eyes reading romance

 Exposed her burning desire for love and kisses.

My eyes reading hers, wished

To be prey for her romantic desires! 

We joined hands there 

And we spoke only in silence.

At times we broke the silence of the library

With out kissing noise, producing 'mmuaahhh'! 

Those books on the shelves

Heard our kisses and prayed to almighty

For us, to unite.

Prayers were heard

And we soon entered the library

As couples.
