We Would Never Bid Adieu
We Would Never Bid Adieu
To the illustrious athenaeum of peerless eruditions,
The venerated temple of seraphic aspersions,
The abode of sapience and diligent aspirations,
We would never bid adieu.
Deities dwell in this paradise of celestial nurture;
Who abandon their repose to contrive our future,
They shade our desires by greying their dreams,
They augment our sagacity and vision to the extremes.
Intertwined with solicitude are the years of edification;
Their eternal love for their pupils is beyond all computation.
Drenched with the incessant tides of time
Are the wistful Saudade's of foregone episodes;
Of credence and amity and riveting anecdotes.
But at this nostalgic juncture, we would never bid adieu.
