Was that all?

The love that brought solace

To my dreary life, 

Soon drove out of my happy life

Leaving back only sucking agonies and pains. 

How could you so easily forget

Those days and those nights, 

When we used to laugh out loud, 

And be happier than ever? 

Is my life just a joke to you

That you left me all alone? 

All alone in this vast world

Where I am just pondering upon my thoughts. 

What about my insecurities? 

What about my pains? 

Was that all you could do, 

To fulfill all the fake promises you made? 

You have broken my heart, 

And you have broken my peace–

And now, I am nothing, 

But just a lost, forgotten, and solitary piece of soul, still finding a ray of hope to live.
