Silver
Silver
A metal it was,
Unless it turned out a trinket;
And when reached her ears,
It transformed to a gem.
The glitter was awesome,
And it was not just the luster;
But that shine on her face,
That uplifted the glaze.
And as if that wasn’t enough,
A wave of smile breezed;
And I just lost my senses,
And was dumbfounded.
