Until you swing the bat

Can't hit a home run until you swing the bat

There's just no way around it, that's simply where it's at

If you fail to take that swing you won't be any good

Heard this from a wise man, this is what he said

The ball must be in motion to keep the game alive

Just may hit a homerun, or hit a clean line drive

In the game of baseball there's things that you must do

Have to play by all the rules and need to follow through

And so it goes for living, it's much the same indeed

Certain things are needed, in order to proceed

Focus on the pitcher, your eyes locked on the ball

Take the swing, follow through, tis not that hard at all all
