Tuesday Is Fairy's Night
Tuesday Is Fairy's Night
They spent hours before the mirror
Tossing gown after gown to the floor.
"it's fairy's night and I must look ravaging...
He might be there!"
And the plaza filled with beauties like miss universe,
Who stayed home having won once
And kindly let another have a try.
They moved like zephyrs,
Talked in soft harmonies
As they sipped nectar provided by the queen bee,
Holding their fire, hoping like the wise virgins
For a glimpse of the wizard of manitou.
As the season for madness had passed
And the wizard was occupied with his occupation,
The fairies decided to make a party of it,
Asked for stronger tonic,
And partied on late into the night,
Dragging in enough guys of the street to make a go of it.
