Touch

Touch

Every touch seemed to be like a scratch,

Really harsh but she could stay just for one last time.

Feelings are too easy to catch,

Felt like he was high on dime.

Thinking it was someone else when it was him,

He gently ran his fingers on her body.

Maybe that's what he always wanted to do,

Even the sky wanted to cry as it became cloudy.

As she screamed on the inside for help,

Saw how they giggled when she turned.

All she wanted was to scream and yelp,

There's nothing left to be returned.

How they denied to help,

Knowing how painful it was.

Everytime he decided to skelp,

Always against the laws.

He brushed his lips against hers,

It was not his first but was for her.

It will take too many years,

To give her life a stir.

She saw his shadows in her head,

Scaring her away from herself.

She just wanted to move ahead,

As the truth was too hard to engulf.

He grew closer,

All he wanted was another touch.

She was just a flower,

And a touch would be too much.

Something that scared her to death,

He laughed as if it was a joke.

As they shared the same breath,

It started to poke.

And fought when she said "No",

He really left too many scars.

And a few look like tattoos now,

Hoping he'll finally be behind the bars.
