Did you feel in the same way I felt for you?

Or was it just imagination? We never really close grew?

Loved you without being alert with every emotion at stake,

Sometimes, it pains miserably... difficult even to take a single breath.

All that laughter, smiles, memories keep suffocating somehow,

Darkness keeps engulfing this soul deeper and deeper in it now.

Why I was so easy to give up on?

Why everyone thinks I'm strong enough to normally carry on?

All along, was I wrong to expect this in world which thinks too rationally?
