Through The Window
Through The Window
Through the window, I gaze outside
A world of wonder, and dreams to ride
The sky above, a canvas so vast
With colours that change, so very fast
The trees sway, in the gentle breeze
And rustle their leaves, like symphonies
The birds sing, a sweet refrain
A melody, that soothes the pain
The raindrops fall, on the window pane
A rhythm that echoes, like a distant train
The world outside is a place to explore
A place to find, what we're searching for
Through the window, I see the world
A place of beauty and stories unfurled
A place to grow, and a place to be
A place of hope, and possibility
And as I gaze, through the window frame
I feel a sense, of peace and acclaim
For even in times, of darkness and plight
The world outside is still full of light.
