This Day

The wind blew just the way it did that day

But something was different, it wasn't the same in any way

That day it gave me peace, but today it gives me a smile

A moment to cherish, a reason to feel alive.

Was it him or just another rainy night

Even the cold feet had secrets within to hide

Everything was same but still felt different

Were it the tiny drops or butterflies inside the pot

Never felt this way is all that I can say
