Remember to pray and trust God's way for only through him you will get through your toughest days

Deep breaths you're not alone

Do not fear for the Lord will be by your side all along

Rest if you need to and take some walks

Sing joyful songs and be inspired by your favorite quotes

Also make sure to take some notes
