Zestful and kind, a man of short stature, 

Holds up everything, Floorer to Thatcher.

Whatever work is to be done, He tends,

Rather than commending him, others pretend.

Pollyanna for martinets and guide for unruly,

For the progress of our family, works strongly.

All the day moves here and there,

Finds the Unruly and makes them despair.

The engine of the institution is our Sheikh Adil,

And His absence makes it ill.
