I can see her forcing laughter faking smiles

But there is always pain hidden in her eyes

She has been through tough times

But she pretends like everything is fine

Her tears fall like rain as she cries in the never ending nights

But she stands strong and says, above darkness there is always light

She tells me about a time when lightning will strike towards you and dark clouds will roll in life

But there are always people supporting you, sitting by your side

They are your family,
