( THE CONCEPT OF SUCCESS )

in a span of just one night,
through a journey from desperation to bliss.

Time can never heal some pain
It can never erase some memories
She was getting back to her posture,
After that rather embarrassing fall,
Where,
The legs that almost twisted,,
Made her, to be precise,
Hit the dust
The podium was way beyond her eye limits,
It was not even midway,
Then.
She was walking heads down
The night was black,
Suiting her tempestuous heart,
Lost in the yesterday
She walked along, alone
She could see too many roads,
Cutting through the vein of that city
Nobody,
Despite being there for years,
Told her about that,
And now,
She has to choose one.
For,
It's an escape.
For,
The night is still black. Pitch-black
The chopped-off trees,
Shaded and fed generations
The arid plains,
Watered civilizations
A whimpering little kitten,
Orphaned by man
Now,,,,
You will have drops of tears engulfing
Your vision
You are almost blind
You know,
I no longer see any light
Yes.
You have seen the light sister
The light tower, the enlightenment
She has covered almost the entire landmass
She saw a mob around that corridor,
Nearby from where she embarked,
And it's getting big
They were there, in disbelief
For,
The place where they stand now is too close to their homes,
To miss
Still …
They haven't seen it,
Felt it
Never ever.
Not even one, among them
The track,
Fully consumed by that ever-thickening rain,
But is not skiddy
For,
The sun made his final say
Now,
Standing not so tall,
She could hear applauds
The previous night,
After sometime post she exit,
They were all roaming around the streets,
Trying to spot her,
To enslave her,
With their adulation
Failed.
They returned to the stadium
The contest was over,
By then.
The champions had left
The lighthouse,
That usually just whine amidst the darkness around,
Suddenly almost blossomed
All the pavements now visible to her
Except for the destination
Yes,
The journey begins.
Let,
It always and always remains a journey,
Something that never ends
Let,
That journey elevates your sympathy to empathy,
While bypassing the one,
Less graced by god
Let,
You have a flimsy heart,
The deprived easily break in
Let,
You have a brawny soul,
The wicked never dare to invade
Let,
You don't wait for a big fall,
To know,
There is nothing ever,
That you have lost
For,
There is always space,
Left to begin
Leave but a little place,
To repent
For,
You just go on,
Go on lifting ,,,
Lifting the one,
Who had fallen
For,
Concern for his subject,
Could only make a ruler
For,
Concern for its disparage,
Could only make a religion
And for,
Concern for her fellow being,
Had,
Only,
Forever,
Made a human being
She is nearing that podium,
Now
The road ahead is now too long
She got scared a bit.
The rain,
The thousands of onlookers,
It was not the same place anymore
Be not scared,
For,
You will for sure,
Have them standing sentinel
They will be there,
Truth, love, virtue and bliss,
Fully armed,
Having ropped off all,
That hinder,
A mission humane
They are with you
They will be with you
It's a token of their gratitude
For,
Being the one, ,,,
Mother earth,
Badly wanted.
