The Right Thing

A young woman bought a parrot,

kept her in a nice cage,

bought her nice toys,

and kept her in an air-conditioned room..!

However the parrot kept quiet,

didnot utter a word..!

The young woman approached the

pet shop owner and complained about it.

The latter advised her to buy a ladder,

as parrots love to trek,

and then would speak up..!

However even after that when the parrot

kept quiet, the young woman went there again!

This time the pet shop owner advised her

to buy a swing and then he said,

the parrot would not stop speaking..!

After some days the woman went to the shop

and said with grief, that the parrot died..!

The pet shop owner enquired,

that did the parrot say anything..?

The woman said that the parrot said

just before dying, that does the pet shop

do not have anything to eat...!

Likewise if people think about the

things that they need most,

and not waste time over unwanted ones;

life would take a different turn altogether..!

Right things at the right time,

make life worthwhile..!
