I sit in the peace of my room with a few books, notes, and pens.

I won't give up because I have my mind set on studying and my heart burning.

The knowledge learned is a treasured seed that grows and blossoms into a bountiful breed with each page I turn and word I read.

The difficulties I face, the obstacles I overcome,

The early mornings, the restless nights,

The steady beat, the tears and sweat,

All worth it for the boost to my future.

Because education is the key and knowledge is power,

To open the doors and release ourselves

To pursue our goals and turn them become reality,
