Since the day

I have imprinted your photo

On my heart

I have been walking 

In a symphony of dreams 

With your hands entwined in mine

On a colour strewn path! 

You are the star on my forehead

The dark sorrows of your heart

Are now in my eyes embedded 

As I always walk behind you

My eyelids lowered, my eyes hidden

I follow you to the world's end! 

Since the day my eyes peeped into yours

I have laid my heart on your feet

Wherever I see your eyelids droop

Wherever your hair blows in the wind

There will begin my destination loop! 

The world will oppose our union

But our hearts won't stop beating 

Our eyes will continue conversing
