The Onion In Us

What a journey it is...

From birth to death.

Unfolding our paths,

On the road called life.

We are wrapped;

In-between emotions and feelings,

Dreams and reality,

Goodness and evil,

Happiness and grief,

Nature and objects...

It's the inner light 

Of soul calling...

That is like layers,

Which shed across.

As we move ahead,

Teaching us and makes 

Us humble with time...

Crossing ages and breaking boundaries.,

Of the mind, soul, body, and spirit...

In its true essence

To transform us.

With wisdom and

Beautiful experiences...

Learning what life has 

Got to teach us.

I believe that's why...

Our journey on earth,

Is too long.

From a pure-hearted soul,

Of a baby...

Until the wise old form

Of our soul...

Having gone through;

All phases of ups and downs.

The layers finally start shedding,

The shadow disappears away...

And the soul;

In it's purest form...

Reaches the sky and heaven's door.

Becoming pixie dust,

Of light in the...

Clear blue sky!!
