The Majestic Mountain High
The Majestic Mountain High
The sky got clearer, work of time is wonderful
Perfectly wonderful
And the wind was whistling
Time's cravings are strange
Ah, this flash of instinct
My brow is now knit with hopes
Like the little flights of water-wagtail
Though the chill was taunting a laugh
I lifted my dreams, raised the eyelids
The door opened ajar,
The height invited
Then I bowed my head
To the majesty that stood afore
Its crown was nudging the skies
Beseeching for a little more space
It has to grow, the sky must clear
Oh, hello, you majestic mountain high
Here’s my cuppa raised to you
For the cheer, you brought to me!
