The Longing

I longed for u to propose to me,

Express ur love through words and that special action. 

I longed to hear from u, "Will u marry me?"

I longed to dance with u,

That touch I longed to feel as we danced to our love.

I longed to sit beside u for a candle-lit dinner,

I longed to feel that soft music twinning with our hearts.

I longed to feel only u and me at least some day and some time,

I longed no one came between us at least at some moment.

I longed that u and me to go on a trip,

On a beach, on a cliff, on a drive,

Just u and me.

I long to see u and me grow old together, 

I long to see u and me become each other's sticks and stay together.
