The Humbug

The Humbug

1 min

The humbug made a hush

To a woman of humane.

The heart moistened

But her eyes're solemn.

The soul was compelled

For boundless pledge.

The pledge was taken

To dance in the rain.

But his one step changed

Her life she pretend.

None left a chance

Of showing ruthless glance.

Yet she's looking for a soul

Who is rich enough to call.
