The Golden Bird

The Golden Bird

The definition you left,

The bird can't fly.

When you left it naked;

Cutting all its wings,

Feathers you took of gold,

Now it has grown its wings again,

Learned to fly again.

Who wants freedom like yours

When you live like machines,

Work like a robot.

Here we have our freedom again,

To welcome you to feel human,

Escape from your land, so ruled

Unlike you troublemakers,

We are arbitrators.

We don't need to be colonized,

Not unlike you.

We had our wisdom back then,

We have it now,

Always will.
