The Fourth Decade

When you are young,

Mighty and powerful.

Make sure, you lend a helping hand.

If possible, and always will be,

Do take a stand.

For those, who can't express,

Their feelings and emotions,

Get suppressed.

The words might be throttled,

The mighty, bullying the submissive.

But, that's not where it will end,

The words crushed, not the vibes,

If you can't attract some positivity,

Don't release that venomous energy.

For as you age, it will surely sting you back,

The Life, they say, comes to a full circle.

One, surely, needs to pay back.
